There's no physical item deliver to you. Everything is done by astral or send to your astral body.

Too many disadvantage for physical item especially the wait, the expiry or item broken upon receive.

So the best is all done by astral. Instant arrive when I process your order, no expiry (especially potion) and nothing broken.

Some spell, ritual, usage and item consumption require you yourself to keep on track cause its your belonging so its not my responsibility to count for you.
