Second, they tend to poison all living thing and it also work on undead with their poison aura. That's how they greet everybody. Once you officially become their companion they will grant you immunity to their poison. To become official companion you must engage sexual relationship on first met otherwise don't hire if you cannot agree sexual act.
Third, they do like to please their companion by their OWN way. Which also means example wish granting, a poison nymph will use whatever way to get it and they give no shit about humanity or moral value. Anyone who block or stopping them is consider as enemy and start attack immediately. So the best is just let them do their job and you don't say anything.
Fourth, whatever they do its their own karma because they do it by their own will, not by your request or order. You can put your wish anywhere you want but don't ask them to grant, because it will be your karma. Like said they only do their own way or else turn against you when they lose patient.

From what I see above is more like standard Black Art being, except more controlled.
